Memoir Writing

About the Group:

The aim of the Memoir Group is to inspire and give practical help to those who wish to write their own life stories (or perhaps family history). It offers help in planning, researching, writing, creative use of pictures and compiling in a variety of ways. Each meeting focuses on a different aspect and has a set writing exercise to put what we are learning into practice. You don't need any writing experience and this is not  a group where criticism of writing is employed. The aim is to build confidence and help enthusiastic hobbyist writers to achieve their life story writing goals.  

This group is now full but anyone interested is invited to put their names down to join when space becomes available.

When and where?

2nd Wednesday of the month in the afternoon, in members' homes.
