Update October 2023

As we enjoy the start of the autumn colours we can look back on the variety of walks we have enjoyed so far this year. We are very fortunate to have such a wide variety of walking routes in the area offering everything from woods to open fields, muddy steep paths to level hard surface tracks and country mansions to cosy cottages. Walking is a great opportunity to experience the scenery through the seasons.

We have enjoyed walks in the following areas - Chiddingstone, Ide Hill, Cowden, Otford, Shoreham, Godden Green, Limpsfield Chart, Crockham Hill and Penshurst.

After the walk we have eaten at a variety of local pubs - The Castle Inn in Chiddingstone, The Cock Inn in Ide Hill, Fountain Inn in Cowden, Bull Inn in Otford, Bucks Head at Godden Green and The Carpenters at Limpsfield Chart.
